Academy of Advanced Hair Design welcomes aspiring hairdressers from across the globe.  If you are seeking international recognition of your skills there is no better place to train. 

Enrollment is made easy and accessible simply follow these four (4) steps are you will be on track to receiving your Hairdressing national qualification.

1.     APPLICATION PHASE

  •  Request and furthermore complete and forward all application forms, accompanied by all forms of supporting documents.  Application and enrollment fee must be paid at this point (see attachment for details).
  • Where an application is accepted, students will be issued a "letter of offer" by the Academy.
  • A deposit for each of the courses of study you wish to receive an eCoE for must be paid at this time.
  • Confirmation of enrollment will be made and eCo/s will be issued by the Academy.

2.     VISA/ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Apply for a student VISA
  • English language requirements must be met.  Either one (1) of these three (3) options is required; a minimum 5.5 IELTS (Internatinal English Language Testing System), TOFEL (Test of Englich as a Foreign Language) may be undertaken or
    Previous study abroard (evidence that you have studied in English for five (5) or more years).
  • Students must have successfully completed years 10 to 12 or recognised school equivelant.
  • students must also be 18 years or over prior to the commencement of studies.

3.     FEE PAYMENT AND ORIENTATION

  • If applicable, fees must be paid one (1) month prior to commencement date.
  • Attendance to Orientation Day is compulsory, all students will receive details about orientation via email prior to the date.  All remaining fees must be paid on orientation day.

4.     COMMENCE STUDIES

  • Class begins!  You are now on your way to the highest level of qualification that the Queensland Hairdressing industry has to offer.

Upon completion of your chosen course/s the Academy has a tertiary level articulation with Brisbane's Christian Heritage College, giving our students the opportunity to seek higher education and further their educational development.
